Summary
When Jesus teaches us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread,” He invites us into a life of daily dependence on God for both our physical needs and our spiritual life. This prayer ultimately points us to Jesus, the Bread of Life, who alone can satisfy the deepest hunger of the human heart.
